I’ve been lifting from quite some time now (1 year and 3 months), and I’ve seen a lot of growth ever since. But then when I made my first clothing business, everything went bullocks and my training schedule got ruptured so I was inconsistent with my training schedule. Even though I only train 3 times per week, I still manage to screw it up because of my schedule.
Usually my schedule runs like this:
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM : Internship
7:00 PM – 8:00 PM : Workout
8:00 – 10:00 PM : Business matters
10:00 PM onwards: Blog, Plan, and drink a lot of coffee
then by 2:00 AM I’ll usually sleep
and finally I wake up at 4:30AM to do it all over again
I skip the gym at times because my bodies too tired to lift any weights so I dedicate that time in eating and resting before plunging myself to work again. But I don’t feel like I’m working because I love being an entrepreneur. Hehe
My Girl friend does the same thing. She has an online shop too, and because she has an overnight work in a factory, she doesn’t have that much time to workout. But then, we found an alternative where we can still workout while we are too busy with our businesses.
I made a training schedule for us with workout routines that’ll help us train every week with results in the minimum amount of time. That’s why now, we have the time to workout in our busy schedule.
